I had my vehicle police-towed, and the tow company never sent the required notice to me or the lienholder, as required under Ohio law (Ohio Rev. Code §4513.601). Despite this, they racked up excessive storage fees, jumping from $250 to $480 in one day, claiming it was because of a “police tow.” This is misleading and not legally justified police tows do not allow the company to charge inflated fees or skip notification. Tow companies in Ohio are required to notify the owner and lienholder before fees escalate or the vehicle is sold, and these requirements were ignored in my case. I would not recommend this company, and I caution anyone dealing with a tow, even a police tow, to document everything and verify notice compliance before paying excessive fees. These people are snakes who only care about draining your wallet, racking up insane fees even when the owner is out of state, and ignoring the legal requirement to notify you.

Wouldn’t even give this so called place a half star after the traumatic experience I encountered with this company. Stealing and conning good peoples hard earned money to keep their business from going bye bye. Called the owner and was cussed out and hung up on and told that once my name is on the billboard we will do things my way. And then hung up on me without even giving me an explanation to anything. Waited from 11 am to 3pm on a Monday just to get my vehicle out. Tried to add more money on the bill after telling me a certain price. My vehicle was towed on a Friday morning and I was told by the owner that I couldn’t pick it up until Monday morning. Get there Monday morning early and call them and they tell me I have to wait another hour. Hours go by and still no one in sight. Rude, incompetent, very unprofessional. Would never let this company touch any of my property ever. Worst experience with any company I have ever had to encounter with
