This shop is a joke. This guy will not return mine or my husbands call or texts. I paid him $1400 and my car is worse now than it was when I took it to him. This is my daughter's car, and getting her back and forth to college and around town safely is my only concern. When he had the car, it took him forever to get back with me, and now that he knows the car is NOT working and I am upset, he will not call me back or return a text. I feel stupid for taking the reference of someone to utilize this dudes service. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I highly recommend Bill and Richard at Rescue Auto Techs. Each member of the team are personable and honest. They really care about the customer because they believe in long-term relationships. I have found mechanics I can trust and depend on to give me straight talk on what really needs to be fixed, what can wait and what follow up is needed. Also, they cleaned the engine and wipers for no charge. Great people!

I texted to see if they could help with an indicator light that came on and they quickly responded. They were able to get me in that same afternoon and Bill ran diagnostics. He also checked the engine oil when I mentioned I’d had a recent oil change. Turned out there was an extra 2-3 quarts of oil. Bill took care of it and I was quickly on my way. They were professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, and kept me informed along the way. I’m really grateful to have found a trustworthy, skilled mechanic. I highly recommend them!
