Jim's Tire & Auto was extremely friendly and staff was very happy to explain the whole process in detail. Allen was busy with many another client's, he took the time to get the exact tires I was looking for (other companies in town were unable to find). There was no hidden fees or surprise expenses at all ! They were able to get me scheduled immediately and out the door within a few hours!! I'm extremely thankful to have been referred to Jim's Tire & Auto. Very trustworthy mechanics and staff are great !! The pricing was even greater and Jim's Tire & Auto saved me several hundred compared to other local companies!! Thank you guy's for being such a honest trustworthy company!!! Looking forward to doing much more business with you guys !!!

I called and made an appointment a week in advance AND I came the day before scheduled service and spoke to the lady who answers the phone to communicate as to what I want done with my car. I dropped my car off that night with my car key in a bag with my number on it. I wait until 3:40pm to call and check on my car and the OWNER had no clue who I was or why my car was there. I then became livid as I spent $100 on uber to and from work at that point. He blamed me because I didn’t call him first despite telling the lady TWICE what I want done with the car and having my number attached to my keys. THEN he told me the lady who answers the phone wasn’t there and that I can come pick up the car or it can get done tomorrow. I told him to screw himself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND JIMS AUTO SERVICE!! You will waste your time .
