Last Friday, I dropped my 4Runner off at a local dealership to address some steering issues that had come up. After receiving a quote of an astronomical amount to fix a long list of things, I immediately contacted Pfefferle for a second opinion. Chris and Lucas spent quite some time over the phone discussing the issues I was experiencing and provided me with potential solutions/estimates. After this discussion, they immediately booked me an appointment for Monday. During this appointment, Chris and Lucas were honest the entire time and were extremely reasonable on pricing for labor/parts.
