I genuinely struggle to understand how this place operates, because nothing about the pricing or sales approach feels straightforward or honest. Last week, I came in and looked at a set of pre-owned wheels that were advertised as being on a major sale. The price was $800. They were used, but acceptable for that price point. I left to think it over. When I returned just a week later, the exact same wheels were suddenly priced at $1,750. When I asked why, the employee casually explained that ownership “didn’t like the sale prices.” That alone raises concerns, but it gets worse when you understand their business model. If the same wheels are listed in-store for $2,500, a quick online search shows comparable sets selling for roughly $600 less. So even at full retail, the company is already making a healthy profit. Where this crosses into predatory territory is the rent-to-own structure. If you rent those $2,500 wheels and eventually pay them off, you don’t pay $2,500. You end up paying close to $5,000 once interest is factored in. That is over $3,000 in additional profit on top of an already inflated price. Here’s the real kicker: if you start renting and later can’t continue, any amount you’ve paid (say $1,500) is instantly theirs. The wheels go right back on the shelf to be rented or sold again. The customer walks away with nothing, and the company profits twice from the same set of wheels. What’s also telling is the clear discouragement of cash buyers. Paying outright is frowned upon, while renting is heavily pushed. Pricing appears flexible not based on fairness or market value, but on how much ownership believes they can extract from a customer. I would have gladly paid the original $800 and walked away satisfied. Instead, I watched the price jump nearly $1,000 overnight simply because it was deemed more “profitable.” That says everything. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid renting anything from this place and to be extremely cautious about their pricing practices. Ownership behavior like this, combined with employees adjusting prices at their direction, does not inspire trust or confidence.

I can't say enough great things about this store. My experience from start to finish was superb. I got pricing from a different store before I bought &they didn't match the price, they saved me$800!! I worked with Josh & then Les & I think they're invited to the next Carne Asada cuz they're fam now. You guys have a sister for life. ???????
