I had an outstanding experience thanks to Ethan, the manager at O’Reilly. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to answer all my questions, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and never once made me feel rushed. Ethan’s professionalism and customer service are on another level—he truly cares about helping people, and it shows. You don’t often find managers who are this attentive and genuinely invested in making sure customers leave satisfied. Normally i’m an Autozone type guy… This one’s really swapped my opinion. Great people. Energetic atmosphere. And best of all Ethan. He helped me get what i needed, and then when he noticed my shoe was untied, he tied it for me when i said i didn’t know how to tie a shoe. I love Oreilys now.
