Ray could have easily tried to stick me for some expensive repairs, but he didn't. He was very honest about the condition of my old car and I could tell he was concerned for my safety. (I inherited a car that was in really bad condition.) I am immensely grateful for the fact that he was looking out for me. When I went to get a new car from Whitewater Motors, Ray was able to check it out for me, and he's even going to take the old car away for me. I'm incredibly happy with Sumner and I'm going to get all my service there from now on!

I am now a forever future customer of Sumner Auto Care Harrison. On my way to work the check engine light and trac off lights came on. I also had a maintenance needed light that came on the day prior. I knew it needed an oil change since I had recently purchased my used 4-Runner, but wasn’t sure when the last oil change was done. So, I called Sumner Auto Care Harrison and asked if they could get be in first thing as I had an appt I needed to be to by 10am. I was told to bring it on in. I got there right after they opened and was met with a friendly, we will pull it in and take a look. I wasn’t offered some crazy expensive or unnecessary services. I was in and out in under an hour and was charged a great, reasonable price for the oil change. I had a large evap leak causing the error codes, hoping the new gas cap will fix that! Thanks for the great, fast, friendly service. I will be back!?
