Breaking down puts one in a vulnerable state and from my call to a calm and genuinely caring lady to the gentleman who came to my rescue within 75 minutes since I was at home safe. Broke down on highway in a rainstorm. The rescue driver was in communication with me the whole time and got me back to the yard safely. Then had to be towed to Loves and that driver was also helpful by putting me in a spot with a spare next to it for separation from my trailer. Was helped out by the staff at the pay area through the whole process and caught no attitude from anyone so those who say they received any, well then you probably were rude and deserving of it. Thanks for your assistance in my time of need.

Had to get a second toe the same night for a different issue. We felt so relieved that Joe was the person that came out since he was the first gentleman that towed us! I can’t say enough about what great customer service he gave - 10 star service for sure! We totally felt safe in his presence and he was so knowledgeable and helpful.
