I brought my 2004 Toyota Avalon into Caudell’s Garage for a horn issue and a few other small concerns, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone there was incredibly respectful and easy to talk to, they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They took care of my horn issue quickly and even went the extra mile to make sure everything else was working properly before I left. I really appreciated their honesty and how they handled the repair with such care and integrity. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both convenient and genuinely committed to doing right by their customers, but Caudell’s definitely is. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future maintenance.

Gavin got my car back to me in less than 24 hours after dropping it off and went the extra mile to make sure that the wheel bearing is actually what needed replaced and there wasn’t a larger issue. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a repair!
