Be carefull trucking companies !!! Looks like they work with police. Yesterday my driver got stuck in mud on shoulder. After 5-10 mins police appered and assgned this service for winch out. They came in 5 minutes and charged us for $1711. When i asked them why they are charging so expensive they told me their tow truck costs more than a million dollar LOL. Tow truck driver is very rude and ask for payment every 5 minutes. They told me they only take EFS. Please don't call them at all. They also broke our deer guard. They worked very unprofessional.

Finally BMW roadside assistance sent a knowledgeable and friendly towing company! The driver was very nice and was taking the best care of the car when loading. We will definitely use EITEL’S for any future towing service!

If 0 stars were possible that is what I would rate it. I am a peer support specialist and was with a client who made a bad decision, got his RV towed, and did his time in jail. I took him to retrieve his belongings which included his drivers license, wallet, title, basically his life, as he was living in this. It contained all his possessions. They would not even escort him to his "home" in order to prove this was his vehicle. The employee that "assisted" us was rude and lacked any understanding of customer service. Talk about kicking somebody when they are down on their luck! This is a great definition of that and a poor excuse of a way to treat another human being.
