I made my first visit to Garfield Auto Center yesterday to get my Jeep Patriot Serviced. Andy did a great job communicating with me to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, and what he was going to do to fix the issue. It was a same day service, and I my car came out driving like it was brand new. I strongly suggest anyone to take their car to Garfield Auto center. Real professionals.

Too expensive Wish I would have waited and saved my money. I feel upset and taken advantage of. I decided to try this place from a personal recommendation and after reading the positive reviews on here, but my experience was different. My bill was gonna be 550 but they lowered it to 500 if I paid cash which was nice. The breakdown was 260 for “2 hours” of labor. 150 for the part (I saw the was averaging $100 online). 90 Alignment. Another regional chain shop quoted me 343 for the same job, ( control arm replacement and alignment) but they replied back to me after I approved Garfield to start working :( I live less than a mile away and they did give me a ride back home after i dropped of the car which was nice. However, I will not be returning here for future service.

My family has been using Garfield Auto for 15 years. Our plumbing truck is having serious air conditioning and electrical problems. Andy was able to diagnose the problem in a very timely fashion (the same day). He explained, there is a temporary solution and a permanent solution. I strongly recommend Garfield Auto!
