I thought I was going to come and they were going to tell me I would need my whole exhaust replaced. When I first showed up there was a line like it was a Black Friday special. But come to find out this is typical of them and I showed up at exactly 8:15 was let in at exactly 8:30 and was out the door at 10:45. That's pretty quick and I was probably the 12th person in line. Everyone from start (the woman at the counter) to finish was very polite, very professional and very friendly. As I sat in the waiting room, I heard stories from people who had been bringing their cars to Bubbas throughout the years and they claimed how honest these guys are and how quick they are and I am now a customer who feels the exact same way. James, the owner, brought me back showed me exactly what needed to be done which ended up being only a hole in my muffler and a hole in my resonator and the price that he quoted me floored me because it was so much less than anticipated. He said it would be done in an hour and it took less time than that. I will definitely be coming back to them for future services and I recommend that if you aren't a current customer and you're in need of services, go see them. They're just straightforward, honest guys that take really good care of you.
