The team at Freedom Automotive was amazing. We traveled to Jamestown, Ohio from Florida to visit family and on the drive up we realized that some repairs we had done in Florida were not done well. The guys at Freedom Automotive were able to work us in on December 23rd and quickly diagnosed the problem. They made corrections that had us back on the road on Christmas Eve. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We recommend them in the highest possible terms!

I was out of state and wanted some routine maintenance done on my vehicle as it was just over a hundred thousand in mileage. However during preforming the routine maintenance he noticed that radiator fluid was found underneath my spark plugs and what all that that information. Instead he called me explained the issue. My vehicle is still under warranty. He still could of done all the routine maintenance and could of never told me. However, he knew that what I wanted done was a mute point when I needed a whole new engine. In a world were being honest not taking a lady for the money and the job knowing it wouldn't be right. It is refreshing for an owner to be honest. I so appreciated all that he did for me. The video showing the radiator leak into my head. So that when I go to the dealership I have evidence. Plus he pulled up the information regarding my vehicle that states this is a problem with my vehicle and requires a new engine not just a head. I very thankful for all he did. I encourage everyone to take there vehicle to an owner who has moral character and who will be honest to you. The good and bad of the situation. He is one of my life's blessings from God. Someone that I met during the course of my life that I will forever be appreciative of him.

My go-to mechanic! I have been going to Eli for over a decade and found him to be honest and reliable. He has tackled some difficult repairs in the past and helped extend the life of a couple of my vehicles. For the quality of work and expertise he provides, I find his prices to be fair.
