After several.hours of trying to get to AAA roadside assistance (awful awful awful) my car dealership shop rep gave me Jeffreys number. We were 1.5 hours away from the dealer I was so emotional because of lack of help from roadside assistance and towing companies near Howard, Oh. Ed answered the phone and he was amazingly compassionate. He actually calmed me down and said they will help. He sent a driver right away, again, 1.5 hours away. Brandon got there. Was so professional and so friendly. We finally felt at ease. Nobody ever wants to have to be towed BUT if you ever need it, Jeffery's is the place to call!! We cant be grateful enough for the service and kindness they provided!

After some unforeseen car problems and a not so ideal situation having my car towed, Jeffreys towing was very upfront, kind and helped me through the situation. Genuinely recommend and if I ever get in a bend again, they’re my first call.

Have had jefferys tow my mercades 2 times.......no problems what so ever...very professional, nice, positive, polite driver...they put it in under arches, exactly what I asked.....will be using them skipping AAA "saving that for real emergency"......so thank you jefferys for your services....
