Ken’s auto was great and I would recommend them to anyone! I will be taking all my automotive work to them from here on out. I made an apt to get my van “diagnosed” and to find out the work that is going to be needing done and they were able to tell me free of charge the exact list of things needing done. They gave me a quote and a time frame and was able to accommodate my needs within 48 hours. We called around to other shops with the list of work that we knew needed and the job was so large that my quote was almost 3 times the price I was given at Ken’s, as well as a time frame that exceeded my needs by almost 2 months. After getting my car back it sounds brand new and I couldn’t be happier. They give honest work, honest prices, and just genuinely want to help get people in their vehicles as safely as possible.

Absolutely professional, on top of everything! Great atmosphere, entirely accomodating, SUPER FAST SERVICE!! SUPER AFFORDABLE PRICES!! ( This was posted three weeks ago) **UPDATE** I've said it once, and I'll say it again!! They saved me hundreds of dollars between towing fees, labor and parts to fix my car, as well as NOT needing to rent a car or services being that it wasn't even 24 hours when I got the car back due to the serpentine belt blowing off. You can ABSOLUTELY put your trust in this establishment and know that they are there to HELP not add more stress on you!! Very warm, welcoming staff. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone I come in to contact with, and I HIGHLY appreciate everything they've done in terms of taking care of us, being flexible and not beating around the bush! There was no run around, and they gave immediate results and discussed solutions that gave my over anxious mind comfort. ?? If I could add more stars, I would!!
