I would AVOID this place like the plague! Pure bait and switch tactics. I was told they would charge me $88.87 to put my car on the rack and diagnose the transmission problems I was having. After the inspection, they said I needed a new transmission which was going to be over $6800. When I pressed them for a rebuilt option they offer one for almost $6300. I arranged to have my car towed to a different shop and they then charged me $194, instead of $89 for the inspection/diagnostics. I had the transmission repaired by a more honest and more knowledgeable transmission shop in North Canton for $450! Even if the transmission was actually in need of a rebuild, I could have gotten that done for less than $4000 with a better warranty. Do yourself a favor, find a better, more honest shop.

The lady at the counter named Ashley was nice but I didn’t appreciate, frankly, being charged $88.87 just for looking at my car. I felt that was too much considering it didn’t resolve the issue other than eliminating it was my transmission.

Paid for complete CVT transmission that was not done right and two times they never told me that on the transmission pan said DO NOT SERVICE RIGHT ON THE TRANSMISSION they said they changed the filter and fluid but all they did was drain 3 qt and put in three twice that is not a flush right after the second service the transmission sent a code low pump pressure took it right back next day they cleared the code and said drive it this weekend and if it dose it again come in Monday morning. Drove it about 100 miles and it sent me another code ,long story but I added videos of the transmission on here this has cost me 2019.00 don't ever have this shop service your CVT transmission
