Amazing service and extremely fair prices. I bring all my body work to Craig. He explains what’s needed and ensures excellent quality at a great price. I recently asked for bubbling up and rusting to be repaired as well as a bumper. All prep, paint matching and labor left everything looking like new!

My friend had her car sent here and it took 4 plus months and it’s still not done. I was about to take my car here for body work, but I don’t recommend unless you feel like giving away free money.

I just got my car back (after being hit ?) and I am thrilled!!! Craig and his team are wonderful ?! They not only got my car back to me fast, but I can't even tell where it was hit! I have had experiences in the past with other collision places but A-Waterloo Collision has definitely been the best experience! Craig has kept me in the loop with the entire process (even sent a picture when he was nearly done). If you have the unfortunate need of having to get body work done on your car, I implore you to bring it to Craig.
