I had my car serviced at Rays for the first time yesterday. What a great experience! Rita the business administrator was friendly and welcomed me. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, and the work was done very fast. Ray came out to meet me and told me the car was done. He said the brakes were good, and that he also sprayed my battery terminals. Ray was very friendly and my whole experience was excellent. On the way home I noticed that he also put air in all the tires! I will be a customer for life! The other reviews about Ray and Rita are true and spot on, they are both kind, honest, and good people.

The most lovely experience I could EVER ask for from Ray's Automotive! Ray and his wife Rita were SO kind and took care of my car problem quickly. I was sick and tired of taking my wife’s and my vehicles to the “big-name” dealership shops where they nickel-and-dime you at every visit. I had been looking for a small business shop that values the customer over dollar signs, and Ray’s Automotive is exactly that. Ray and Rita are extremely kind people. Ray knows exactly what he is doing and is a great communicator. He called me to explain what he found, had a clear plan of attack, and laid out what needed to be done right away and what could wait.
