Great experience in customer service. Visiting the area for a funeral on a busy Friday afternoon with battery/alternator concerns. After a quick electrical diagnostic check learned we would be safe to travel back home. Very grateful & would highly recommend!

Unprofessional, said my car was unsafe to drive but never called me to tell me any info before doing repairs. I needed my brakes fixed and that is what I took the car in for but 3 of my 4 tires were bad. Instead of calling me to see if I wanted the tires replaced also or if I even wanted the brakes done still with how bad the tires were, they just took the bad tires off the car and did the repair anyway with no call or heads up about the tires. If my car was deemed unsafe, why did they not immediately call me to even give me the courtesy of letting me know about the shredded tires (obviously I did not know they were like this) to see if I still wanted the brakes done? Had I know my tires were that bad, I would not have put the money into fixing the brakes. They took off the bad tires, took pictures, fixed the brakes, and put the tires right back on without any word about how bad the tires were until after I paid and picked up the vehicle. They are nice and can get you in but I won’t go back here.

I want to send a Huge Thank You to C&B Auto Last week my daughter had a driver’s license test and her front blinker light was out. Thinking it would be a simple replacement I wait till the last minute to get a bulb. After replacing the bulb in the Jeep it still wasn’t working. I took it in to the service lane at 1:30 on Thursday afternoon to just see if I was doing something wrong. The shop was extremely busy but the service manager took time to look and replace a grounding wire that was broken. He got us on our way and my daughter passed the driver’s licenses test later that afternoon !!! Thanks Again for Super Customer Service!!
