I will never be back. This is a very unprofessional auto shop. I first went to another shop to get my issue fixed. Then came here for a second opinion. They kept my car for over 24 hours and did not call me at all to let me know what was wrong. Instead they worked on it and then I called them finally to see what was going on and they told me it’s done. I was shocked and blindsided to be charged what I was and to not even be told about it first. That first time I came in to get the issue fixed I was charged close to $400. Months go by and that same issue occurred so I went back and they kept it for hours again without telling me what’s going on. I had to call them again to see what’s going on. Again they did the work without telling me. I was not told any cost over the phone. I went to pick it up and they charged me $100 but on the papers it said $80 so I said something to get $20 back after being overcharged. A few days go by and my check engine light came on again. I was not going back there. I really can’t afford to continue getting charged without the issue getting fixed. So I went somewhere else and they let me know the issue before fixing it and said the shop before didn’t know what they were doing. This could’ve been avoided if they diagnosed it properly. But no they wanted me to keep coming back keep spending money and still not properly getting to the bottom of what’s wrong with my vehicle. I’m pretty sure doing work on a vehicle without letting the customer know is illegal. But what do they care as long as they get paid. Being defensive and rude when you make a mistake is not a professional way to run a business.

I’m a Canadian and I was traveling through Ohio when I pulled up to a gas station. I drive a diesel pick up truck and at the speedy I mistakenly put in ethanol flex fuel instead of diesel. Therefore , after fueling, I didn’t make it very far and I had to pull over on the side of a shoulder on the on the highway. Ankenbrandts towing was there immediately to get me off the road. Dropped me off to a Hotel. Offered to pick me up when my truck was done being repaired the very next day! Thank you to both the Tim’s appreciate the service I received!
