Bought a used truck from Carter about a month and a half ago, everything worked great but when the first snow hit the 4x4 did not want to engage so I shot him a quick message to ask if he would mind scanning it for codes so I would have an idea where to start and not only was he more than willing to help he got me in quick, diagnosed the problem provided a part number and even a time when I could bring it if I wanted some help putting the part in...well I had my Tuesday and Thursday mixed up and ended up showing up on the wrong day and he still made time for it and got me in and out. This was a used truck and was as is he didn't have to take a look at anything but that's not how they do business, if you need mechanic work done or you see a used on their lot that you like do not hesitate they will not hide anything any issues they know of will be told up front. There isn't many around like this anymore. 11/10
