We bought our truck from this Freightliner dealer. It was the worst experience we have ever had before . Chace was the one we were dealing with the whole time. Previously We had a really good experience when we bought our used truck from Kalamazoo Wolverine as they were very professional and honest from a to z. So we decided to buy again from A Freightliner dealer and this time is from this place. We were given two choices either DOT certified or non certified truck . The difference was around 10k and we decided to go for the DOT certified one to be on the safe side. We went under the truck, we found out that it is leaking and we took pictures and showed them to Chace and he promised that leaking will be fixed since it is a Dot violation. When we come to pick up the truck Chace told us they already fixed that leaking and we trusted his word. Later, after driving the truck home and get parked for two days . We found out it still leaking at four areas and the batteries are dead which we had to replace with new ones. We contacted him and he said he will arrange with the manger to repair that leaking. He didn't call us back. We kept calling him and his manager and left several voice messages to both of them but we heard nothing back from them. He also told us he will schedule an appointment to paint the frame in three days and he didn't! It has been less than two months since we drive that truck and we paid more than 15k on repairs and more repairs are ongoing every week. It is really a piece of junk and a great disappointment since we’re a one truck company . These people are not honest at all. Please AVOID this dealer if you want to buy a semi truck .

Mike from service is the man. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and to help me out. I wasn’t too happy that Allen Ott never returned my calls like he said and he didn’t take my keys over to service for me like he said he would. But that is where Mike in service stepped in and up. He didn’t have to and I would have had to miss a load and spend the night there. Collision did an A-1 job on the actual work. 5 ⭐️ Besides them not putting my dashboard back up and leaving me to figure it out I have no other complaints. But once again what Mike did made all those little nuances go away. When he helped in finding my keys he didn’t do it grudgingly. He did it as if he actually wanted to help me out. I appreciated that and it made that day a whole lot better!!! I’d still recommend this place. Everyone has bad days. But their service and collision work is top tier.

I came here because my truck was having an issue. It was losing its crime. They went above and beyond with troubleshooting and checking to ensure that other things won’t occur later on with other possible fuel issues and they were very fast thank God !!!!!! I really appreciate the support and the love and patience that you all had with me. I was really stressed when I showed up on the first day because I still had 2300 minutes to drop my load !
