My dad asked me to write this review. He is in his 90's now and has been going to Shoreline Family Auto Care for decades. His old car is very important to him and they treat him like family, keeping his car running reliably, sometimes seeing him outside first thing in the morning, when the doors open, with an issue. He's very happy with their work and I'm happy that they are looking after his car!

My experience with Shoreline Family Auto has been well above expectations and standards. Any time I have taken my car to this shop, I have received service that provided me a a sense of security that allowed me to breathe during a difficult time. No one wants to be in a position where their car isn’t working and they need to bring it to a mechanic, and I felt that these guys understood that. I spoke mostly with Jeff when it came to what was happening with my car. He is thorough, caring, and responsive. He talked me through the issues pertaining to my vehicle in such a kind and professional manner.
