I’ve been a customer of Olde 8 Automotive for many years, trusting them with two Lexus vehicles and two BMWs, and they have never let me down. As I prepare to move out of state, I wanted to leave a review that truly reflects how exceptional this shop is. Most recently, after a curb impact, my Lexus developed subtle steering and vibration issues. The team at Olde 8 didn’t guess or upsell — they diagnosed the problem correctly, identified a bent steering knuckle and ball joint, and made sure the car was repaired the right way, followed by a proper alignment. The result? The car now drives perfectly straight and smooth at highway speeds. A special thank you to Matt, who is one of the best advisors I’ve ever worked with — clear, honest, patient, and communicative every step of the way. And huge respect to Clint, the owner, whose integrity and leadership clearly set the tone for the entire shop. Their mechanics are equally top-notch — skilled, thorough, and professional. What truly sets Olde 8 apart is their character. They went above and beyond by replacing a damaged strut under warranty — even though the damage was from an accident and not a manufacturing defect. Brought my vehicle here not long ago, and due to my busy schedule couldn't be there for much of the process. Matt and Klint gave me their expert opinions and made sure everything was right with my vehicle. A job that another shop quoted me $1800 for they completed faster for under $500. Don't bother going anywhere else! I was so happy I brought donuts for the guys to enjoy and won't be taking my vehicles anywhere but here!

I have always taken my vehicles to be serviced/repaired at Olde 8 Automotive and feel comfortable when my wife drives our 2012 and 2017 Nissans alone without fear of her breaking down.
