I came in to get a diagnostic scan and Adrian assisted me. I see he already has so many good mentions in these reviews and I got the amazing opportunity to experience why. He was so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I love coming across great wholesome customer service like Adrian’s because it is truly rare and stands out in the world we are currently living in. Having a check engine light on is stressful enough and he was definitely the silver lining in this situation. And FYI it was just my O2 sensor and my light went off on its own today( I think the cold weather was giving false readings, hopefully!). Thank you so much Adrian for your help!

Starting off, I had no idea this location was here and I drive by it all the time and this was my first visit. Adrian was extremely helpful with my inquiry. I came in to get a diagnostic of my vehicles maintenance lights and even in the cold, Adrian made sure I was taken care of. In addition to that when I went to search for wipers for my windshield he advised me on the size without my asking. To top everything off, he even assisted with the installation of my new wiper blades. All around great customer service and honestly a practice all businesses should use more. Being engaged, allowing small talk and being personable to the patron who's coming to you for help. Thanks Adrian, you really have a spark to you. Keep up the great interactions and assistance.
