Boling had my car for 3 total weeks and couldn't fix a suspension rattle. They couldn't diagnose a simple coilover adjustment. I had to go back to the shop for a ride along to point out the noise in the first place after them having the car for the first week. They said the shock was bad (it was not bad) not leaking and it preformed as required. I had to call the manufacturer of the coilovers so THEY could diagnose the issue to the shop and give step by step instructions (still charged me for the diagnostic). They still couldn't adjust the coilover correctly (car still isn't fixed today). As a bonus they for some strange reason got in my trunk into the tires storage compartment and moved my speaker around pulled lose the wires and grounded out my 600$ amp (burnt it up) my trunk still smells like burnt circuit ozone. It worked fine when I took it there and refused to claim responsibility for the damage. The visit cost me 735$ and they fixed NOTHING. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

I'm relieved . I've taken my vehicle elsewhere and kept getting told that they couldn't find anything. "Everything thing looks good" Well I got Boling's flyer in the mail and made a call. They found what was making the clunking sound. They gave me a loner vehicle and had mine fixed with in a day. I'm quite glad I called them.

I was in a bind without a local mechanic as I am new to the area. I was seen immediately with friendly, knowledgeable and nonjudgemental service!!! They found the issue and let me know that the problem was not serious and was due to weather conditions. I was in and out in under an hour! I will absolutely return again!
