Will not listen to you, will make it very hard to retrieve your items. When you finally are able to get through and make an appointment they will go through your car for you hand you what they didn’t STEAL from your vehicle and then tell you your vehicle is now gone. To this day there is a lot of items and cash I didn’t receive back along with an item I will not say, but that has been reported to the police as missing. The man was nice up until we went through our things right there and once confronted by my husband about missing items and things being stolen we were told to leave the property and he hid inside of his truck and wouldn’t speak to us. We pulled across the street and filled a police report… So a heads up, if you want to be screwed and know that your stuff will be stolen you have come to the right place. DO BETTER!!! YOU STOLE CASH FROM CHILDREN!!! That cash was supposed to be used for my children at the grocery store for food and diapers. I would NEVER recommend this company!!

The people claiming this company steals are discrediting the wrong company. A repo company rented the fenced in impound and they are the ones the people have quarles with. Unfortunately this company with brunt the blame for the wrongdoings of a company not affiliated with them and a company that has recently been told to leave the premises, for dishonesty and failure to pay the rental bill for the impound yard.
