Ruark and Sons always provides stellar services to our car when attentions are needed. The recently visit exemplifies their professionalism and friendliness. Not only they helped fix the issue with my Honda pilot I brought to them, but also identified several more severe ones that I need to take actions immediately. Both their staffs, Joe and Jason, showed me in great details of such issues and recommended a body shop for me to reach out for repair. I have used their services for multiple years and am always pleased with it.

Love this shop for the skill, experience, and honesty I get with every visit. This time they were able to fix an AC with a bearing going out and helped us weigh the cost benefits between remanufactured or new parts based on the overall condition of the truck and our expectations for it. The prices are more than fair with much better customer service, service times and communication than other shops I've used. Highly recommend

Had them check my truck’s cooling system. Easy communication with them, faster turnaround than I expected! Jason was fantastic to talk with. Jason gave me few easy things that should be done on my truck due to mileage and an engine code I said I would knock them out when I change my oil next but they knocked one out for me. Easy peasy 10 out of 5 stars would recommend!!!
