I cannot thank Jacob enough for what he did for me on the side of I-75 North in Toledo. I was stranded on the highway and felt completely overwhelmed and unsafe. Jacob showed up quickly, stayed calm, and handled everything with professionalism and care. More than just doing his job, he truly made me feel safe. In a moment where I was stressed and vulnerable, he treated me with respect, patience, and kindness. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was okay before we left. That kind of service is rare. If you’re ever stuck and need someone dependable, Jacob is the one you want showing up. Jacob is definitely a valuable asset to your team. The last time my wife's Mercedes was towed, Dicks Towing in Findlay messed up the front end of my car by hooking up wrong. Then I was stuck paying for it. Well this time as soon as he got done introducing himself and before I even had a chance to tell him how to do it, he was already asking me to pop my trunk so that he could grab the eye hook out of the back for towing. Normally I would have to stand there and tell them how to pop the cover off and screw it in. Not Jacob though. He for the first time since that incident had me feeling worry free. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable he was. AMAZING!

Came by to tow my car. Jacob tried every facet he could to tow my car, the least problematic, but because we could not put it into neutral he needed to bring out these tire things, like I know what they are called,hammered them underneath and got the carpet right and sent to where I had wanted it to go. He went above and beyond helping me out, as much as he could, and he was friendly the entire time as well. Thank you, Jacob, for the save!
