My mom was broke down and Dan Hamby took care of her and let me pay him over the phone. He changed her tire but then she calls can't get brake off he went back and even called me back to let me know she was on her way. I not only recommend them im going to let them look at my car and fix it:) I trusted these guys to help me out I was an hour away from my mom and they went above and beyond to take care of her. Thank you so very much!!

Wow, I delivered my truck to Wootens for a diagnosis. Had to call a few days later just inquiring, the lady that answered said “If you haven’t heard from us it’s not ready”! I understood that and did not want to be a pesky customer. Two weeks went by and I called again. I was told that they were reviewing it now. Waited another week, heard nothing, called again, was told they were looking at it now. Went by the shop and my truck was in their impound yard with no mechanic in site. Waited another week, was told they were once again working on it. Heard nothing in return. Finally had my truck towed to another repair facility after a month and a half!! Not sure what to say about Wooten other than they are not a good facility to have work on your vehicle. Not happy at all with customer courtesy, with the woman answering the phone and not happy that I was lied to multiple times!!!!!
