They own Kinneys Towing in Akron as well. They should not be in a contract with any municipality. Overpriced, fees are exorbitant and service is poor at best. They remove your car from an accident and do not call the owners to ask where they would like the car towed. Loading LAWSUIT!

Shout out Craig who diagnosed my Telluride’s problem when I could not get it unlocked with fob or app. Thanks for figuring out where to put the emergency key from inside the fob to unlock door manually. Thank you for checking the battery cables which were extremely loose, thus the problem & tightening them. And most of all offering to follow me a ways to make sure I was safe!! You’re the best!!
