Came here after giving my phone a nice, cracked screen and as I use my phone for my YouTube filming and editing, I thought I was doomed. But Jill was absolutely terrific! She was fast, honest and very knowledgeable. If I were to fix my Samsung Galaxy A15 myself, I am sure my hammer would have done it. But hey, leave it to the experts. These guys are a blessing to have and they do so much more than phone repairs. If you need battery replacements or chargers and even more, give these guys a stop because they do it all. Thank you again Jill for everything! You are the best!

I went to the Mayfield Heights location. While the front of store worker was a little less than cordial, the gentleman who came from back to install my car battery made up for it! I wish I could remember his name to give him credit. He was thorough, took his time, and chatted throughout the whole procedure. Also explained what he was doing as he went along. Price was right, service excellent and quick. I was in and out in about a half hour. Highly recommend.
