Rumple has been great until two weeks ago. They stopped showing up on the schedule pick up date of Thursday. They picked it up Friday evening. Okay, fine. This week, I called and they said it was attempted and our fault. Trash is next to the road in the most obvious spot. Rest of the neighborhood trash hasn’t been done either. They said wait until next Wednesday. Now there’s gonna be twice of the amount of trash so we better not get charged extra for Rumpke not picking up the trash this week. Why am I paying for a weekly service when it won’t even show up. Rumpke, do better before you lose a customer

Rumpke is the absolute worst trash removal service. They do not pick up all of the trash despite following their ridiculous rules. If I had an option to cancel their terrible service and go with someone else, I, without a doubt, would. Terrible and unreliable service that is overpriced for what they do for our neighborhood.

I’ve had this service with Rumpke for almost 8 years and while the service is the most expensive it’s ever been, almost all my experiences have been well. The only times they haven’t picked up the trash was during snow storms or for several weeks after a large flood. My only bad experiences were on a few occasions a bag would tear as they were throwing it into the truck and they would leave it on the ground and I’d have to pick it up or when a driver had a proclivity to say uncomfortable things about how I looked and I spent almost 6 months avoiding being outside when my trash was picked up. Overall, Rumpke has been very reliable with their service, fairly priced, and my complaints are few.
