10/10 — Outstanding Customer Service from Lawrence I had an exceptional experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Westlake. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Keith and Seth demonstrated great teamwork in helping me identify the right replacement headlight for my Jeep. Then Lawrence stepped in and took the experience to another level. Lawrence’s expertise, product knowledge, and willingness to help made me feel completely confident in my purchase. Not only did he have firsthand experience with the part, but he also showed me how to replace it right on the spot. His guidance made the entire situation easy, smooth, and stress-free. This store is truly fortunate to have someone as proactive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused as Lawrence. He went above and beyond to help get me safely back on the road at the best cost possible. I can’t say enough positive things about the service I received from the entire team today—especially Lawrence. Having worked in the auto manufacturing industry earlier in my career, I can confidently say I haven’t seen this level of customer service in a long time. I walked away beyond impressed and genuinely satisfied. It’s reassuring to see people like Lawrence who give 110% to ensure customers get exactly what they need. Staff was incredibly helpful. I have very limited knowledge about cars and my turn signals weren't working, they helped me figure out what part I needed and John went out of his way to help me install the new one even after his shift. Highly recommend this location for the great staff!

Went to get new wipers which were installed efficiently by Lawrence. And when I asked him a question about my car seat mechanism, he was able to figure out a solution to my problem! He was polite and took the time not only to help me but also to explain to me what I might need to do if the problem occurred in the future. Thank you to Lawrence!
