As a 20+ year painter and body man, I am coming at their "repair as an expert. First off, it took them 8 weeks to replace 3 panels and blend. The fender used has 23 mils of paint but anything over 12 must be stripped because the new paint will crack sooner than later. Edit, it actually already started cracking on the top edge.. However, the owner told me they dont have the $20 tool to measure substrate thickness and refused to fix it even though he said his paint has a warranty. Unfortunately, it only got worse. This means they are giving customers panels that could be FULL of bondo and paint too thick, but they have no clue. Based on the owners attitude, he does not care either. NOT professional. The clear coat was full of dirt, peeling in places, horrible panel alignment, etc. They "FORGOT" to paint the door handle! I have pics and more info if anyone is interested. Its actually much worse. NOT CHECKING FOR PAINT THICKNESS AND PREVIOUS BODY WORK IS AMATEUR HOUR. The pics show the huge flaws, including paint thickness. Lastly, they didnt test drive the vehicle after major suspension damage AND did not tell me as such, putting me in an unsafe vehicle that pulled hard and vibrates.

Horrible. I called AAA 2 days ago to schedule a pick up between 6and 6:30.it then got pushed and pushed. I had a scheduled appointment at the service center at 8. I had intentionally ordered the tow early so I would make it there in time. I called one last time at 7:15 and it was going to be another 29 minutes. I was so frustrated. I ended up canceling. The driver just had no intention of showing up. .....Horrible unreliable tow company. Update..... Nobody ever called me. That is very untrue. Second I called for a tow between 6 and 6 :30. They called your driver after waiting and waiting. He stated he would be there at 7 no later than 7:15. When he was nowhere insight I called AAA again. They spoke with driver and he was about a half an hour away. I would not have made it to my appointment on time...it was a waste dealing with AAA and your company. I was lied to about the time your driver would arrive.

Vehicle got towed in literally minutes prior (loaned to a friend who was apparently suspended). They bent the rule about paying with a card vs cash. Friendly, quick, got the car back in less than 10 mins. Empathetic, too. Cost was on par for the industry/services rendered.
