Troy help me when I was in a pinch on a Saturday. Bought a bearing puller tool for my Harley-Davidson off of Amazon, the nut that came with blew out and the threads would not grab. Needless to say it was a very hard nut to find with 3/4"-20 threads. Google brought me to them from Dayton, Ohio and when I got to the store they were very helpful! Troy even looked at different options for me and took the time I needed to get my bike back on the road. They female manager was also very informative and helpful I just forget her name! Awesome service guys and I thank you ?

Navigating website to use 15% promo code Has been a nightmare and after 60 minutes I am not able to access because delivery estimation could not be reached. I clicked checkout. Not an option. Deliver to store? No 15% off. You can keep the 15% and your rewards program. I can’t even shop now because I have the browser a command too big when I switched to deliver to store and I can’t order at all. I cleared history and all open screens and still locked out. I am driving to the store now to pay full price in person and this will be our last transaction. That 15% promo for home delivery only cost both of us. Good day

Horrid customer service, I came in for some motor oil and they were on their phones ignoring me and when I asked for assistance, the worker said " I dont know, find it yourself" then scoffed. Why isnt Elijah there anymore? He always helped me and he was very respectful. I will be calling corporate.
