Amazing experience with Rodney and the entire staff at Harrison! The put us in exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. Had a trailer we had a special build on and took it back in to add a power converter and some outlets well let me tell you, we went to pick it up and it all went down hill. The outlet hole was cut to big and I could instantly see it. All the stuff in the shelf they had to remove was all over the ground. I look over and found the shelf wasn't even put back together. Come to find out they broke the shelf in the cabinet and left everything out. Saw dust everywhere and nothing cleaned up. Nasty oil greasy finger and hand prints all over the white cabinets. So we went in and brought it to there attention and Jeremy (the guy who did the work) immediately copped an attitude and said it may have been that way. He started making excusing and got really childish and stormed away. Phil the "paper work guy was awesome" he said they will fix the shelf and he will hand deliver it. We will see if that happens. Jeremy said to fix the hole "just get a bigger cover"! I also heard Jeremy mumbled as walking away "if you want the work done take it somewhere else I aint doing it" and laughed. Just for readers doesn't matter if the trailer was 1dollar or 1 million that type of person and customer service from Jeremy needs not employed there. He is 100% giving the business a horrible rep.

What a great car buy experience. Our sales guy Joe was amazing every step of the way. Showing everything there was to know about the car, went over every detail, and took the time to make sure we were getting the car we wanted and needed. The good times didn't stop there, the finance guy Mike went over everything in great detail and made sure we understood all our options and every payment plan we could to make sure we got what was best for us! Great overall team at Harrison! Looking forward to being back!
