Tuffy Auto Service on E Main St in Whitehall! I just need to expose this TERRIBLE customer service I received from Tuffy Tire & Auto Service center. They had a new process where they text customers about their services/updates. They even make you pay before they will even start the service. Well they charged me 486 and didn't even fix my car. Once they started the work they claim something else was wrong and it would be an additional $2100. Only willing to refund me $9. But alternator wasn't even installed because of a screw they Claimed was broken and needed to be drilled out. I believe they broke it because it was not mentioned originally when they said i needed the bolts. Seems like something they would have checked. I have never seen such TERRIBLE customer service in my life. She even told me since I wasn't there at the time my vehicle was picked up I don't get a Thank you as a customer. When I suggested to pick up my refund and maybe I will get a thank you she told me not to count on it! My next step is corporate and the better business bureau..

GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED OR HAVE YOUR BATTERY CHARGED.. NICK WILL EVEN TAKE THE BATTERY OUT OF THE VEHICLE FOR YOU EVEN THOUGH HE'S NOT ON THE CLOCK.. WAS PROBABLY JUST MESSING.. BUT SERIOUS.. WE NEEDED SERVICE AND THEY MEASURED UP.. MR. MILLER'S WIFE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS AWESOME SAUCE..

I have given this Tuffy one star, but really they should not even have a complete star. The Owner was extremely rude and would not honor a warranty that was purchase at that location. When forced to go to another Tuffy, I had to pay full price because I did not go to the place of the original repair, even though she could not get the car serviced in a timely manner. The owner told me that I wanted a freebie and that’s all I wanted. That I was looking for a handout and was extremely rude and obnoxious - yelling and making accusations. I do not recommend using this organization. The customer service is terrible!
