Easy to book an appointment. Fair pricing. They treat customers cars like thier family was driving it. Won't recommend unnecessary work. We took a car to be inspected prior to purchase. They found a few things I already suspected plus a few i could like the computer chip issue

I took my car here for a simple coolant leak, I had already found the bad o ring and asked if they had one they could throw on for me they said yes. I got a call later stating they didn’t have a proper size and would need a replacement sensor as well as the o ring and it would cost much more. I told them no thanks and they told me they would still need to charge me for diagnosis even though I already diagnosed it for them and they really had provided me nothing at this point. I paid $60 for them to return my car with NO COOLANT! I returned and asked the mechanic if he knows what a coolant light looks like and they tipped me off so that I could drive 3 miles down the road and buy my own O ring for $3 and put it on myself. I wanted to avoid the cold but instead overpaid them for me to do a simple job myself. O rings are not hard to find and their is a vw dealer near by but they couldn’t source one apparently.

World class customer service. My car got towed here from another shop that couldn’t diagnose the issue. They took the vehicle and got it up and running the next day for me. Best automotive place in lake county
