This is my local NAPA and until today, it's been a typical auto parts store, you go in, spend money, then leave. Not overly friendly but not rude either, just a typical bunch of guys selling auto stuff. Today, after spending roughly $25 I asked to use the restroom and was told it wasn't open to the public but I could walk across the street to the bar. Really? I'm pushing 75, can barely walk with a cane and that's your option? I am not able to walk across a street. I raised 5 boys, I get using a bathroom with men might be less than clean but since when do you tell an old disabled woman to walk across the street to a bar? They can have whatever policy they want, it's their business. I can vote with my wallet and choose not to spend another dime there too. Customer service to me is important, this wasn't customer service.

Great selection for it's size. Frankie and Tina are great and Frankie isn't afraid to search for the right hard to get parts. Dan & Gary are awesome help. If you need it, they have or will get it fast

I've had good luck with the Napa store in Myrtle Point The staff is great and they have a good selection of parts and tools including a tool loaner program that is very handy for DIYers I've had less than stellar service at OTHER Napa stores in the past (not so at the Myrtle Point store)? thanks guys and gals
