Horrible customer service Mike is definitely rude and highly un professional. My dad passed out on the side of the road due to covid. These individuals picked up his diesel. As I was dealing with them in regards to getting my dads truck returned to my mother Mike was extremely rude. In an email from Mike in the subject line he tited the truck JUNK. Thank God the wonderful company my dad worked for stepped in and was able to get the truck out. We had a local guy tell us this company has a horrible reputation and after my experience I believe it. We lost my dad and these individuals didn't make the process any easier.Service: Car towing

I am travelling home from Arizona to BC and discovered that the shackles or mounts for the rear axle on my fifth wheel had broken their welds causing the axle to become misaligned…also resulting in tire wear…it was literally hanging loose. I contacted this company on a Friday afternoon and described my problem and sent pictures. Darned if they didn’t book me in Saturday morning….not a usual work day. A great young employee immediately went to work…cleaned up everything and welded back in place in less than 2 hours. The bill was significantly less than I expected. Well and truly impressed. Don't drive a nice vehicle in there they will try to overcharge you to insane proportions! Asked why I'm being charged more than I can get it for online BRAND NEW they no joke responded with "that's a really nice jeep your driving" told them it was my bosses. They dropped price by over 75% instantly. Nice of them after trying to completely rip me off. Too little to late

After pick up, our empty trash can is often left blocking the mailbox. I have made every effort trying to get them to stop it. For example, taping notes to the trash can and mailbox, positioning our full cans in different locations, and calling the office asking that a message be given to the drivers. The sweet little lady across the street gets her trash can put back in the exact spot she leaves it every time.

After using this facility, my husband's credit card was used to make purchases that were not his. No other explanation--never orders online, this was the only place that took his card and disappeared into an office to make the charge. Called the main office to report and the manager was offended and disregarded my report. Use only cash at this facility.
