I have had great experiences with these guys! The cost was very competitive and they were able to fix what Pep Boys and the dealership could not! Recently brought in my wife's car for the first time for major work and understandably found an issue and they backed their warranty and fixed the issue no charge! Her car is running better than ever now! I will be bringing my vehicles only here as we have found a trustworthy mechanic for life.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Willow Grove Automotive. Every time I bring my car in, I walk away feeling relieved, taken care of, and genuinely grateful. Terry is the absolute best - the kind of mechanic who actually cares. He never makes me feel rushed, confused, or worried. He explains everything, treats me with respect, and always keeps it real. There’s a comfort in knowing that when something’s wrong with my car, I don’t have to stress or second-guess anything. I trust Terry completely. My car is always in good hands, and I always leave feeling happy, confident, and taken care of - not just as a customer, but as a person. Terrible experience and I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. I considered not saying anything but I hate when people are taken advantage of. The current staff is unacceptable. We went for a simple oil change. They left lights switched on over night which killed the battery. When we went to retrieve it in the morning the lights were still on. It was dead and needed to be jumped. Dee assured us if this keeps happening that they would replace for us. It inconvenienced us on multiple occasions having a dead battery. So we called Dee, explained the situation and she said no problem we will fix it. We arrive the next day only to find they wanted to charge us $170 plus! Outrageous. “Ooo ok really sorry we’ll take off the labor, the total is $140.” Unreal. Perry offered zero help and tried to brush us off. He supposedly called the owner and ultimately the took $30 off. Also to mention our battery still had a positive charge, something they did not test before replacing, only after. I highly recommend to use any other technicians than these as this how they treat their LOYAL customers.
