Professional, great service, accommodating. Fixed my 2008 Smartfortwo cabriolet top when no one else on the East Coast would touch the vehicle for this issue. They was so flexible and understanding when UPS totally mismanaged and delayed the delivery of the ordered parts for over a month. They worked with me to resolve all the issues with the delivery(including getting billed on their account by UPS for import fees which were already paid for weeks earlier). I appreciated their patience and professionalism during the entire ordeal. They did excellent work repairing the convertible roof and charged far less than a Mercedes dealership for comparable(or lesser quality) repair work. I highly recommend their business based on my experience with them.

Terrible work. Scheduled to drop my front & rear bench seats off, 2 weeks later as scheduled i dropped them off and was told it would be 2-3 weeks later. I provided the houndstooth cloth and told them to match the vinyl to the teal GREEN. 3 MONTHS later they called saying the seats were done. They used neon blue vinyl. TWO months later they gave me the seats back. The panels don't line up. There's a good inch difference from one side to the other. Waste of time & money!
