While visiting the National Forest area, my truck broke down and needed to be towed to a shop on a Friday evening. Since I was only in the area for a few days, I was very concerned about getting my truck fixed in a timely manner and was a little worried about maybe being taken advantage of knowing my predicament. However, when I called Saturday morning to follow up, Terry the owner was already taking care of identifying the problem, ordering parts and giving me an estimated time for pickup. I told him of my dilemma of how I was going to get there to get my truck since I was in Lead and they were in Spearfish and I had my dog with me who couldn't be left alone at my rental cabin. They were kind enough to deliver the truck to me, conducting a test drive on the way! A fair price for the fix, fast service, excellent communication and above & beyond customer care and kindness!! A big thank you to Terry & employees, you saved my rare vacation getaway! So much appreciation for y'all!
