The driver illegally trespassed the gated property taking advantage of the resident access to the property. When it was pointed to him the driver simply didn’t care and thought he’s a king of the world. Well, let this king finds new job soon - official legal complaint to the company is coming. It’s not my car that was towed, however, the driver sneaked to the community taking advantage of my access to it.

Horrible experience in everything they came to pick my car up and drove thru my grass, didn’t even knock to let me know. Damaged my car from driver side seal and exhaust. Horrible location to have a tow truck business too, I damaged the under of my car I could only imagine the care these peanut brained tow truck drivers had. Also the lady at the front was very unprofessional saying she doesn’t care to make an appointment. This place is a joke.

I have the worst experience ever this place is horrible the company of this place is bad they send me to the address 10020 E Sam Houston Pkwy North Houston, Tx 77044 to pick up my car on the 01/23/26 I noticed some of my stuffs were missing like money I left like 300 in my car and also they took my husband passport I don’t know for what but anyways these people are THIEVES!!! I don't get upset with people for doing their actual job but when it comes to stealing I have O respect. please make sure that your car don’t end up there
