I have dealt with this company on two occasions within a three month timeframe. Throughout both encounters (one over the phone and one in person) I have experienced EXCEPTIONAL service. I would highly recommend. Earlier this morning, I started my car for the first time since the snowstorm that occurred during the weekend and experienced a violent shaking of my vehicle. I reached out to two companies (other will not be mentioned) just to get an idea of what I may be paying. This first company told me I would have to bring the vehicle in, and I would be charged a diagnostic fee (very pricy). I then reached out to the manager at Gerry’s (I can’t remember his name please forgive me) and he helped provide me with advice on what could possibly be going wrong with my car, after asking questions about my car. I offered to buy them food because I was so excited to not have to pay an arm and a leg, but they wouldn’t accept it… so I am writing this review to tell you to give this place a try if you need anything done. 10/10. Maybe his name is Jake? Sorry but thank you!

Gerry's Tires defies everything about your stereotypical car shops - after your first service here you will without question get the most professional, fair, and knowledgeable service. As a first time car owner, they even took the time to walk me over to my car and teach me why my tires did not need to be rotated yet and how to better approach it in the future ... saving me money in the process. The customer service and organization is top tier and I don't plan on ever bringing my car anywhere else.

Gerry's has been our "go to" for our car needs for years. I count on them because they're honest and dependable in every situation - from planned services to the occasional "oh crap" situation where you need immediate service. Prices are always fair and up front. I've pulled in a 6AM with a tire issue knowing they'd be willing to quickly evaluate the situation if possible and work me in where they could. They've advised me away from services I didn't quite need yet and offered alternatives/better options that have worked for us. This morning was yet another "oh crap" moment where the guys at Gerry's came through same day - their familiar, no frills approach wins every time.
