John was extremely helpful in assisting us with obtaining our car title. We have relocated from Maryland to Florida and only had the pink copy of our title and needed to get the blue in order to register our car here. After Googling and calling the Maryland MVA, we gave up trying to do it ourselves as, best we could tell, we had to do it in person. That's when we started calling vehicle title services that we found via Google. After several calls to different places, we decided to use John's services as he was immediately able to identify what we needed and projected confidence in describing how to get it done. Other places we called either didn't answer or had to take our info to have someone else call us back. We provided the documents and John was able to get everything taken care of and he stayed in contact and communicated with us throughout the process.
