Dan C. did a great job and the customer service was great. Prior I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find exactly what I was looking for. We test drove the Durango. After the test drive sat down with Dan and with Mark Putnam and was able to work out a great deal with my trade in and beat my bank’s financing offer. Marcus did a great job and the customer service was great. We test drove some 2500s which were out of the price range when running numbers. After the last test run on this 2023 dodge ram 1500, we walked around the truck and noticed the gas cap was a different color and a mark like the truck was side swiped or something. Carfax showed nothing. They said they'd take care of it. I asked if the price could be dropped and they said no. I bought my 2018 dodge ram 1500 from a sales guy Charles 6 or so years ago. 70k miles, 8 ft bed 2018 year. Thinking lower miles and in decent condition id get a good trade in amount. They came back with 8500. They looked out for me through everything. When this one's paid off, I'll be getting another truck from here.
