Great customer service! The manager was very polite( David ) and called me to notify me of additional things that needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I didn’t feel like he was trying to get over on me, like some places will have you feeling. I definitely recommend this Firestone on Eastern Ave. I had to go back for something I had done prior and they took me in right away to check it out!

I had an excellent experience at Firestone today! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She explained everything in detail and made it so easy for me to understand what was going on with my car. Also, gave me information about offers with the service I was receiving today and future services I may need with my car. They also took my car back quickly and made sure it was attended to right away since I needed to get to work. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

Great service from a great team. I just got a set of tires from another location and was told that fire stone would be able to give me an alignment. I showed up (without calling) they were able to fit me in and they finished about a hour early. Thank you to Safi and Mike for their outstanding service and professionalism.
