I was warmly greeted by Tamika Winde whom is very professional, kind, caring , understanding. Ms. Winde informed me of the wait time that was accurate. While I waited Ms. Winde offered water, coffee, and tea. The main thing I really appreciated is the pricing as well she guided me on what tires I should get and other things I didn’t even noticed that I needed for my truck. I’m so happy I met Ms. Winde and will be a loyal customer due to her amazing customer service. She was and is phenomenal!! If you need new tires, oil change, tire rotation, etc I recommend ask for Tamika and tell her I sent you ? Thank you again Tamika!!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was immediately greeted by the manager Tamika who got right to the issue with my Jeeps tires. I told her what I needed and how I was stressed out about my car. Tamika assured me that they would do the best to get my vehicle fixed that day. It turns out I had many issues that needed to be addressed. They worked with me on the best price and started the work immediately. Everything was done in a timely fashion and I was constantly updated during the process. I’ve since been back to this location for an oil change and had the same great customer experience . I am more than satisfied with Tamika and the whole team at NTB and would recommend to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thanks

Tamika is a blessing to this location!! I have been to other tire shops and this is the first time I have worked with someone who knows the job. Excellent products, excellent customer service and even had the time to assist an elderly woman who was in need at the front door. Talk about customer service!! Definitely earned my future business.
